Grease Valves
These air-operated grease valves can be used whenever it is necessary to
route the flow of grease to more than one location (zone control).
KA3239
Dispense valve assembly, two-way normally closed air pilot operated to
open, spring biased to close and rated for 3000 p.s.i. Material ports are
1/4 NPTF. Pilot port is 1/8 NPTF. Valve can be air pilot operated with a
3-way air valve and has a 69 : 1 pilot to system ratio. Valve does not
have snuffback. Internal grease flow orifice is approximately 3/16".
Valve is bidirectional and both ports are rated for high pressure, however
port #1 is the preferred high pressure port. Minimum air pilot pressure is
60 p.s.i. with grease pressure of 3000 p.s.i.

KA4615
Dispense valve asm, two 2-way valves in one body for selector service
with IN, Out A, and Out B ports, air pilot operated, spring biased to
close. Rated for 3000 p.s.i. Material ports are 1/4 NPTF.
Pilot ports are 1/8 NPTF. No snuffback , 100 : 1 pilot to system ratio,
approx. 1/8 inch internal orifice and the IN port is capable of sealing high pressure.
Not meant for reverse flow (OUT to IN flow direction).
Minimum air pilot pressure is 50 p.s.i. with grease pressure of 3000.
IN to ports A and B closed when neither two way valve is pilot operated.
