KA4615
Dispense Valve
Air-Operated
KA4615 Grease Spray Nozzle
  • Rated for 3000 p.s.i.
  • 100 : 1 pilot to system ratio
  • Minimum air pilot pressure is 50 p.s.i. with grease pressure of 3000.
  • IN to ports A and B closed when neither two way valve is pilot operated.
  • 1/8" NPT air and 1/4" NPT grease ports
The KA4615 Dispense valve assembly consists of two 2-way valves in one body for selector service. It is air-pilot operated with IN, Out A, and Out B ports, spring biased to all ports closed. The material ports are 1/4 NPTF, the air pilot ports are 1/8 NPTF. The valves have an approximately. 1/8 inch internal orifice & the IN port is capable of sealing high pressure. It will not effectively block reverse flow (OUT to IN flow direction). This valve is an excellent choice when grese flow must be diverted between two nozzles, for sampling, or for purging. The "Cartridge" type valve bodies are removable for servicing, without removing the block, or grease plumbing.
