Advanced Air Purge Grease Dispenser with 9.6 cc (.6 cubic inch) maximum
dispense volume, 20.9 : 1 boost ratio, linear potentiometer, three
dispense valves, and 24 VDC air solenoid valves.
Requires PLC control (analog and discrete), grease supply at 80 to
180 p.s.i., and separate electronic pressure regulator.
Higher grease supply pressures up to 2000 psi can be used,
if the max. dispense capacity is considered to be 8cc.

Analog Air Purge Grease Dispenser (AAPGD) with 1.4 to 14 cubic centimeters
max. displacement. The dispenser has a 20.9 to 1 boost ratio, 6" stroke, maximum
flow rate of 14 cc/sec, and includes 24 VDC solenoid valves, electronically
controlled variable pressure regulator, linear position sensor, necessary
3 meter long cords, copy of dedicated A-B ladder logic, grease fill valve,
grease purge valve, and two grease dispense valves. This AAPGD will function
with NLGI #0 through #3 grease and requires grease supply at 400 to 2000 p.s.i.,
60 to 100 p.s.i. compressed air, 24 VDC., and discrete and analog inputs and
outputs from the user's PLC for operation.

Analog Air Purge Grease Dispenser (AAPGD) with electronic grease volume
adjustment range of 0.2 to 4.0 cubic centimeter, dispense tolerance of ± 0.03
cubic centimeter, 20 to 1 boost ratio, 6" stroke dispense piston, linear position
sensor, microprocessor with interface panel, NEMA 12 electrical enclosure, 24 VDC
power supply, electronically controlled variable pressure regulator, fill valve,
purge valve, dispense valve, and 24 VDC solenoid valves. The microprocessor
facilitates air detect and removal and electronic volume and velocity control.
This AAPGD will function with NLGI #000 through #3 grease and has an air port
for operation of a single acting snuff-back device. Dispenser requires 120/240 v.a.c.
50/60 Hz, compressed air at 60-100 p.s.i., and grease supply pressure at 400 to 2000 p.s.i.
Microprocessor has inputs and outputs that handshake with machine PLC.

(2.8 cubic inch) maximum displacement. Has a 33 to 1 boost ratio, 12" stroke,
and includes a linear position sensor, copy of sample AB ladder logic,
electronically controlled variable pressure regulator, fill valve, purge valve,
dispense valve, and 24 VDC solenoid valves. This AAPGD has an air port for
operation of a snuff-back device and will function with NLGI #0 through #2 grease.

GSS Series Small Ouput Grease Dispensers
GSS Series
The GSS air-operated grease dispenser has a positive displacement piston to accurately dispense measured shots of grease, regardless of
temperature or viscosity changes. The Lube input port is 1/4 NPT and maximum inlet pressure is 100 p.s.i..
The air port is 10-32. The dispenser can be operated with a simple 3-way air valve.
Many different adaptor blocks can be purchased for installation on the outlet end.
Available in three sizes:
GSS-011 grease dispensers can dispense a maximum of 0.001 cubic inch (0.016 cc) per actuation.
GSS-012 grease dispensers can dispense a maximum of 0.002 cubic inch (0.033 cc) per actuation.
GSS-014 grease dispensers can dispense a maximum of 0.004 cubic inch (0.066 cc) per actuation.
GSS Series grease dispenser with PNP Sensor
The GSS-PNP air-operated grease dispenser has a positive displacement piston to accurately dispense measured shots of grease, regardless of
temperature or viscosity changes. GSS-PNP Dispensers include an integral 10-30 VDC PNP sensor that provides an output when the air piston
is in the "dispensed" position. The sensor is an M8 plug-in type and requires a cord (sold separately). The Lube input port is 1/4 NPT and
maximum inlet pressure is 100 p.s.i.. The air port is 10-32. The dispenser can be operated with a simple 3-way air valve.
Many different adaptor blocks can be purchased for installation on the outlet end.
Available in three sizes:
