Requires PLC control (analog and discrete), grease supply at 80 to 180 p.s.i., and separate electronic pressure regulator. Higher grease supply pressures up to 2000 psi can be used, if the max. dispense capacity is considered to be 8cc.

AAPGD1039

The microprocessor facilitates air detect and removal and electronic volume and velocity control. This AAPGD will function with NLGI #000 through #3 grease and has an air port for operation of a single acting snuff-back device. Dispenser requires 120/240 v.a.c. 50/60 Hz, compressed air at 60-100 p.s.i., and grease supply pressure at 400 to 2000 p.s.i. Microprocessor has inputs and outputs that handshake with machine PLC.

GSS Series Small Ouput Grease Dispensers


GSS Series Small Volume Grease Dispenser GSS Series

The GSS air-operated grease dispenser has a positive displacement piston to accurately dispense measured shots of grease, regardless of temperature or viscosity changes. The Lube input port is 1/4 NPT and maximum inlet pressure is 100 p.s.i.. The air port is 10-32. The dispenser can be operated with a simple 3-way air valve. Many different adaptor blocks can be purchased for installation on the outlet end.

Available in three sizes:
GSS-011 grease dispensers can dispense a maximum of 0.001 cubic inch (0.016 cc) per actuation.
GSS-012 grease dispensers can dispense a maximum of 0.002 cubic inch (0.033 cc) per actuation.
GSS-014 grease dispensers can dispense a maximum of 0.004 cubic inch (0.066 cc) per actuation.

Small Grease Dispenser GSS Series grease dispenser with PNP Sensor

The GSS-PNP air-operated grease dispenser has a positive displacement piston to accurately dispense measured shots of grease, regardless of temperature or viscosity changes. GSS-PNP Dispensers include an integral 10-30 VDC PNP sensor that provides an output when the air piston is in the "dispensed" position. The sensor is an M8 plug-in type and requires a cord (sold separately). The Lube input port is 1/4 NPT and maximum inlet pressure is 100 p.s.i.. The air port is 10-32. The dispenser can be operated with a simple 3-way air valve. Many different adaptor blocks can be purchased for installation on the outlet end.

Available in three sizes:
GSS-001 grease dispensers can dispense a maximum of 0.001 cubic inch (0.016 cc) per actuation.
GSS-002 grease dispensers can dispense a maximum of 0.002 cubic inch (0.033 cc) per actuation.
GSS-004 grease dispensers can dispense a maximum of 0.004 cubic inch (0.066 cc) per actuation.

GPMD1200 Series Small Ouput Grease Dispensers


Small Volume Grease Dispenser GPMD1201

GPMD air operated adjustable grease dispenser with compact design for easy mounting close to the dispense point. Grease output is adjustable between 0.002 cubic inch maximum and .0004 cubic inch minimum (.035 and .0065 cc). The dispenser has 1/4 NPT grease and compressed air inlets and an SAE-4 port for use with the EPS1001 pressure sensor to confirm grease flow. The grease outlet port is 5/16-24 female for use with compression fitting and 5/32" OD tubing or special nozzle. Dispenser operates with 3-way NC air valve and has30 to 1 boost ratio. Maximum recommended grease inlet pressure is 100 p.s.i. his assembly does not require any additional manifold or base.

GPMD air operated adjustable grease dispenser with compact design for easy mounting close to the dispense point. Grease output is adjustable between 0.002 and 0.10 cc and the dispenser includes two adjustable piston position sensors. Dispenser is compressed air operated from 3-way NC air valve, has a 39 to 1 boost ratio, and a working grease pressure of up to 200 p.s.i. Grease inlet port is 1/4" NPT, grease outlet port is 1/8 NPT, and compressed air port is 10-32. The "dispensed" position sensor is stationary and the "filled" position sensor must be moved after output adjustment. Dispenser also includes output adjustment scale. This dispenser does not require any additional manifold or base.

ACCOUNTABLE MD SERIES

Combine one of the popular Stackable MD series dispensers with an MDPPS-PNP to provide verification that the dispenser is operating. The MDPPS-PNP (Measuring Dispenser Piston Position Sensor - PNP) includes mounting bracket, two gaskets, and 10-30 VDC inductive proximity sensor with M12 x1 connector. The sensor is adjustable to recognize full piston travel of the measuring dispenser. Sensor output is ON when piston is retracted and OFF when piston is extended.
