MORE THAN A RESERVOIR
The GR3501A also functions as a grease pressure regulator. It can receive grease at up to 1,500 p.s.i. and discharge grease
at less than 100 p.s.i. This low grease pressure is required by aluminum bodied GPMD dispensers and brass bodied measuring
dispensers such as the KA3311, KA1453, and KA1453N etc.
ELECTRICAL OUTPUT
The included 24 VDC PNP proximity sensor outputs when grease reservoir rod position indicates that the grease supply source
plumbed to the reservoir inlet is not functioning to keep the reservoir filled with grease.

RELIABLE AND CLEAN
The simple "compressed air over grease piston" design of the GR3501A is more reliable than most grease pressure regulators.
The small boost ratio and normal shop air pressure limitations reduce potential excess grease pressure problems.
AUTOMATIC FILL
The GR3501A includes a self-actuated fill valve that automatically opens to allow high pressure grease into the reservoir.
The fill valve automatically closes before the reservoir is full.

* CAUTION
Because low pressure grease doesn't flow very fast or far, the GR3501A should be located within about three feet of the
dispensing components it is supplying with NLGI #2 grease. Longer distances may be possible with less viscous grease.
Supply tubing should be sized for maximum flow with minimum restriction. Consult factory for more details.
